Rental terms & conditions
- The Renter agrees to rent equipment from MK Rental LLC for the agreed-upon date(s).
- The Renter is responsible for picking up and returning all equipment to: 809 E Highway 12, Litchfield, MN.
- Late returns will result in a fee of $25 per hour, per piece of equipment.
- A deposit equal to 25% of the total rental cost is required to secure the reservation. This deposit will be applied toward the final balance.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made 8 or more days prior to the rental date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- The Renter assumes all responsibility for any damage to equipment or injury resulting from the use of the rented items.
- MK Rental LLC will provide manufacturer instructions upon request.
- A fee of $75, or the applicable repair cost, will be charged for any equipment returned damaged or excessively dirty.
- The Renter will be responsible for the full replacement cost of any item that is lost, not returned, or damaged beyond repair.
- Full payment of the remaining rental balance is required prior to the release of any rental equipment.
- Rental prices are based on a daily rate. Extended rental periods may be available upon request and subject to additional pricing

MK Rentals was created from Niki’s desire to build something of her own—something that brings people together and helps create lasting memories. The business is named after our daughters, Mikila and Kadence, who inspire everything we do.
