Rental expectations
-The renter will rent the equipment from MK Rental LLC, on agreed date(s).
-The renter will pick up and return items to 809 E Highway 12, Litchfield Mn.
-If equipment is returned late, the renter will be charged $25/hour per piece of equipment.
-Deposit amount is 25% of the rental cost and must be paid in order to book the rental. This deposit paid will be applied to the final bill.
-If a cancellation occurs within 7 days of rental date, MK Rental will keep the deposit. If cancellation occurs 8 days or longer prior to rental MK Rental agrees to return the 25% deposit.
-The renter accepts all responsibility for damage to or injury caused by use of equipment.
-MK Rental will provide a copy of the manufacturing instructions if requested.
-The renter will be charged $75 or applicable repair cost, if any of the equipment is returned damaged or excessively dirty.
-The renter will be charged the full replacement cost of any item that is lost, damaged beyond repair, or not returned.
-The rental amount will be paid in full to MK Rental prior to taking the renting item(s).
-The rental prices are based for daily rentals. If items are needed longer, we can discuss possible options for pricing.

MK Rentals is proud to offer party and equipment rentals in Litchfield Mn. Eric and Niki both graduated from Litchfield and love the small hometown feeling. Niki has wanted to try something new on her own and this is her creation. Named after our girls Mikila and Kadence.
